Description of the property

This indescribable finca resides in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains and offers unforgettable views of the valley and the Tramuntana Mountains. A double garage, outdoor parking area and some utility rooms are also part of the ensemble.

In the main building there are four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate WCs. Each of the bedrooms has its own fireplace as well as its own extra room, which can be used as a nursery or office. The cosy, casual kitchen adjoins a living room with fireplace and naturally invites you to cook with family and friends.

Visitors can feel at home in the stone guest house, which is slightly off the main house. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, terraces and shady pergolas on 2 levels.

The plants in the exotic ornamental garden and the orange and lemon plantations on all the terraces are responsible for an inimitably delicious scent that always wafts around the former water mill. Fortunately, there is no shortage of outdoor spaces to enjoy this: for example, on the sunny, cosy veranda with permanently installed barbecue or on the pool terrace with wood-burning oven and sauna house.

For cooling off on hot days, there is a heated pool – or the small natural pools in the wild end of the property, which fill up all by themselves during rainy periods. In addition, the property has water from its own well and spring. Two large depots provide a reliable water supply. The property is in excellent condition and is a uniquely beautiful holiday home for all seasons.

Pollença is a town in the mountain range to the north, the Serra de Tramuntana, and the furthest north on Mallorca. The municipality consists of Pollença and the districts of Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor.

Sun and beach are not the only attractions that Pollença offers its residents and visitors. Pollença has a wide bay with calm waters, comfortable beaches and small coves with crystal clear waters such as Cala Bóquer, Cala Figuera or Cala Murta. Pollença has hills, such as Puig Maria, Calvary, Santuïri or Almadrava, and mountains of considerable height, such as Puig Tomir, Puig Gros de Ternelles or Puig del Ca, between which lie beautiful spots, such as Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor.

A particular attraction of Pollença is that the visitor can explore the town on foot; tradition, history, architecture and culture are essential elements in getting to know Pollença.
