In the quiet coastal town of Bahia Grande in the southeast of the island you will find this charming semi-detached house with garden. On the first floor there is a kitchen with two pantries, a laundry room, a bathroom, a guest room and a living and dining area with access to the garden.

One floor up there are 3 bright bedrooms and a bathroom. All three bedrooms have access to a balcony and are equipped with air conditioning.
A spiral staircase from the balcony leads to the roof terrace of the house, from which you have a breathtaking sea view. Here you can enjoy the unique sunsets of the island.

On the cliff road between Cala Pi and Playa de Palma lies the small settlement of Badia Gran, which belongs to Llucmajor. Badia Gran is a place for those seeking rest and relaxation and offers fantastic views of the Bay of Palma and the open sea.
In the village itself, you reach a rocky sea access with a sun terrace. A more comfortable place to cool off is the water amusement park “Aqualand”, about ten kilometres away, or the surrounding sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. Other alternatives are offered by the south coast of Mallorca, which can be reached quickly, with its crystal-clear water, wonderful bathing bays and sandy beaches.
In Badia Gran there are a few restaurants with simple cuisine and a supermarket. For an extended shopping trip, a visit to restaurants of all cuisines or a pub crawl, the capital Palma de Mallorca is only a fifteen-minute drive away. The market in nearby Llucmajor, which takes place every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, is also worth a visit.
The 60ha large 18-hole golf course “Golf Maioris”, opened at the end of 2006, is only 4 kilometres away.
