The house was built in 2000. It is located on a very large and flat plot of over 1300m2. There are two floors and a spacious basement with a garage for 2 cars.
The living level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen as well as living room with terrace. The lower floor offers a very large living room, which can be used as a game or hobby room, in addition to the bedroom, which is now set up as an office and gym. Here there is access to the garden and pool. On the roof there is a sun terrace.
From the house, through the second exit, there is a possibility to go to the beach through a shaded path.

Between Palma and Andratx is the quiet seaside resort Costa de la Calma. It belongs to Santa Ponsa and is located on the southwest coast. Its name means “coast of peace” and this is exactly what you can find here. Large hotel complexes are not to be found in the area around Costa de la Calma. Instead, the region is characterised by villas, small luxury hotels and numerous holiday homes and flats.
