Here we have a large pub with a lot of potential for sale. The pub is located in an excellent location in Magaluf, only a few meters from the beach, with license for karaoke bar and cafeteria. The main pub has permission for up to 131 people. The upper floor was used as accommodation for seasonal workers and consists of 8 rooms, each with bathroom en suite. There are 5 carport pitches available at the private back and supplier entrance. In the adjoining building there are 4 further small pubs, which were used as restaurant/bar as well as storerooms.
