This beautiful Mallorcan property from the 17th century has 124 ha and is located between Paguera and Es Capdella in the municipality of Calvia.
Currently the finca has a total construction of 3,964 m² and could be extended by 1,376 m² to 5,341 m². The property has some very historic elements, such as the central courtyard, the well preserved oil press, the stables and an old stone cistern. The entire roof has been recently replaced with new beams and insulation. This property is a great investment due to its location, spaciousness, great potential with many possibilities. The property reaches almost from Es Capdella to Paguera due to its immense size. It is situated in the municipality of Calvià, in the west of the island, next to the Tramuntana mountains and covers an area of approx. 120 km2. The built-up area of just under 4,000 m2 is distributed over various buildings. Ideal to be converted into a 5 * hotel, for example, with easy access and proximity to the Palma-Andratx road, as well as the beach and facilities in Paguera. Other ideas for additional use of this property could also be agroturism, wine growing or a hunting area.
Part of the area is protected as a nature reserve. From some corners there are panoramic views of the sea, which is about 3 km from the water at the closest point. With regard to the protection of monuments, the basic structure must be preserved, i.e. the outer walls must remain standing, the facades can be extended and the built-up area can still be extended by approx. 1,000 m2 to a total of approx. 5,000 m2, depending on the application for use. In addition, some buildings must be preserved, such as a chapel, an oil press and a well.

Located in the municipality of Calvià, in the western part of the island, next to the Tramontana mountain and extends to the Na Burguesa mountain. It borders in the north to Puigpunyent and Estellencs, in the east to Palma and in the west to Andratx.
