Spain remains an extremely attractive market for foreign<\/a> real estate buyers and interest in real estate investment remains high.

Despite leaving the EU and more difficult conditions, British citizens remain the nation with the most purchasing power, followed by German buyers. Some suggest that the conflict in Ukraine, prolonged economic uncertainties in Germany and other European countries, high interest rates or inflated prices may play a role. One can justify and refute all the arguments, so it is up to each person to decide what they see as the reason for the decline.
