Do you dream of enjoying peace and quiet in a first class villa right by the sea? Then this beautiful villa in Maioris is just what you need. Built in 2022, it offers two floors of luxury and stunning sea views.

On the first floor you will find a spacious living and dining room with large windows, a bright bedroom, a guest wc and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms with dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms. The second floor consists of a spectacular roof terrace where you can enjoy the views and experience moments of tranquility while watching the sunset. The outdoor area has a large garden with sunbathing area and a beautiful pool.

Maioris Decima is a small manageable village in the south of Mallorca, which belongs to the municipality of Llucmajor. Located directly on the old and very beautiful cliff road between Playa de Palma and Cala Pi, there is no sand, but the steep walls of the coast are not only an idyllic backdrop, they also invite you to swim and snorkel. Apart from the resident beach club, the lack of tourist infrastructure also makes Puig de Ros Playa so attractive and a favorite beach for many Palma residents.

The flat rock slabs, almost at sea level, are perfect for sunbathing and allow for a very pleasant and easy entry into the crystal-clear water. If you like it individual, you can walk a little to the right and left along the coast and find one of the many beautiful spots directly by the sea, partly rocky, but also with sandy sections and entrances. The entire coastal section is also very suitable for diving and snorkeling. Armed with a mask and snorkel, you can get up close and personal with the diverse flora and fauna of the underwater world there.

Next to the rather rugged rocky coast in Puigderrós, there is a very beautiful beach club, the “Mhares Sea Club”. The beach club with a large pool and a spacious sunbathing area with sun loungers (for a fee) not only scores with an absolutely fantastic view of the open sea and the Bay of Palma but also with the delicious cuisine of the on-site restaurant.

The central location makes Maioris and the region particularly attractive for individual travelers and families alike who want to spend their holidays away from the main tourist crowds in the southwest without being too far out of the way. For families with children, the “Aqualand” water park, about 10 kilometers away, offers a nice change of pace. In addition, some of the surrounding sandy beaches are among the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. For example, the well-known and very popular natural beach Es Trenc and Sa Rapita or the bay of Cala Pi can be reached in just 15-20 minutes.
