Your personal dream finca is being built here – in a prime location near Montuïri, on a plot of over 34,000 m² in the heart of Mallorca. The basic project on offer is fully approved by the municipality of Montuïri and forms the perfect basis for the construction of a modern finca with over 370 m² of living space, a private pool and a Mediterranean garden. The highlight: You acquire an approved building project – and at the same time have the freedom to realize the extension, furnishings and design entirely according to your ideas.

The plans include five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open luxury kitchen, spacious living areas with a fireplace, extensive terraces and a double garage. The west-facing orientation promises sun into the evening hours and fantastic sunsets over the Mallorcan landscape. The construction concept provides for modern technology such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, solar technology and high-speed internet – however, you can customize and further develop materials, furnishing details or even architectural elements if you wish.

Whether purist-modern or rustic with Mallorcan character – here you decide what your finca should look like. A rare advantage for anyone looking for an approved property with a clear perspective, but who does not want to give up creative freedom. We will be happy to provide you with the approved plans, technical details and possible partners for the realization.

The price does not include the cost of completing the property.
